CranioSacral

The effective results of CranioSacral Therapy have attracted a wide following of both clients and practitioners. The CranioSacral system refers to the membranes and fluids that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord of the body. Because of its proximity to the central nervous system, CranioSacral membranes and fluids play an important role in the development and performance of the brain and the spine. When these membranes and fluids become compromised, blocked, or thrown out of balance, a wide variety of painful disorders and brain dysfunctions can arise.

A trained CarnioSacral therapist will lightly touch a fully-clothed client’s body in various areas to "listen" and evaluate the state of the client's CranioSacral system. The practitioner will then use a distinctive light-touch method to relieve any compromised areas of restrictions and blockages and restore the CranioSacral system back to its healthful state, which in turn frees up the central nervous system.
CranioSacral therapy can naturally eliminate pain and, stress, as well as increase resistance to disease and enhance general health and well-being.

Given its simplicity and non-invasive techniques, CranioSacral therapy is easy to use with clients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Among the many health conditions that CarnioSacral therapy can improve and eliminate are headaches/migraines, back pain, chronic fatigue, GERD/reflux, pain from injury, learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, and scoliosis as well as other orthopedic problems.
